Since onboarding with us in 2020, Sophie has become an expert at using Worksorted to its absolute fullest. One of the main reasons for moving to Worksorted, was Atlas’s need for software that could grow and scale at the same rate as their business.
Also managing a sister company in Dubai, Sophie makes the most of process automations to help manage workloads between both businesses. In her profile, Sophie currently has over 60 active automated processes. She says, “it's been a fantastic experience using Worksorted whilst opening in Dubai. We've been able to automate services and client communications to enable us to run on a skeleton staff.”
One of Sophie’s favourite features in Worksorted is the revenue loading and reconciling functions which allow her to view revenue so clearly and neatly. She says “Revenue makes it fun. I know it’s work at the end of the day but when you’ve got a software that does what you want it to do, and what you need it to do, it’s actually just a breeze working with it.”
Given all that Sophie does, we are most impressed with how she manages compliance between countries. As Australian financial services are quite different to other international jurisdictions, Worksorted has helped her keep on top of their compliance requirements across Australia and Dubai as well! We’re quite proud of how Worksorted has helped minimise the effort to provide an efficient service to their clients the world over!
